I came across Last Flight a few years ago on tcm when I was home sick one day. Though it owes a lot to Sun Also Rises it’s very compelling and much better than any film adaptation of Sun Also Rises. All members of the cast are excellent and to me it’s the quintessential Lost generation film. I now own it on dvd.
